Get to know us! Contact any member of the Zonta Club of Tampa to receive an invitation to a meeting or event. If you would like to become a member and meet requirements for membership, ask for an application. The application is reviewed by the Club Board and the prospective member is then contacted.

Eligibility and Classification

Membership is open to those in decision-making positions in a recognized business and profession and working at least 50 percent of a normal workweek. Member classification is based on occupations and the Zonta classification system.

Membership Responsibility

As a member, it is your responsibility to:

Regularly attend club and relevant committee meetings.
Pay all dues and fees promptly.
You are also responsible for identifying and recommending prospective new members.
As time and resources allow, you are encouraged to attend area, district and international meetings, workshops, conferences and conventions.

Membership Process

The application is reviewed by the Club Board and the prospective member is contacted. After the receipt of proper dues, a date is set for an induction ceremony.
